About Christ the Lord,
Broadfield
When we meet
We meet at 10.30 on a Sunday morning for our time of worship. We start with all ages together and then the children go out to their group "Energise." For more on Energise click here:

When we meet, we sing to the Lord, we listen to His word, we pray to Him, we rejoice in His forgiveness through confession and we support one another.

Jesus Focused
We are a bible-based Church that is also part of the Church of England. We are all about Jesus and made up of people who have decided to follow Him and also people who are still finding out about Him. We are a family from all different backgrounds, but we are brought together by Him. The Bible is precious to us, as it gives us a firm foundation for knowing who God is and how we are to live for Him.
Partners
Working with others is key for us. From the outset we have worked in partnership with Broadfield Christian Fellowship and the Roman Catholic Church. We share our worship space with the Roman Catholic Church and our shared building is connected to the Broadfield Youth and Community Centre: home to three other Christian congregations and a host of other groups and activities.
Who we are for
Jesus has called us to serve the community of Broadfield and He has placed us right at its heart - our hope and prayer is that through our worship and our witness the people of Broadfield will come to know the life transforming power of Jesus
CPAS (The Church Pastoral Aid Society) is our patron
